Consumer Privacy Notice

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Notice of Right to Opt-Out under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and US State Privacy Laws

What "Selling" and "Sharing" Means

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar state privacy statutes, the terms "sale" and "sharing" are defined broadly. They include making available, disclosing, or transferring device identifiers, IP addresses, browsing behavior, or gameplay telemetry to third-party partners for targeted, cross-context behavioral advertising—even when no monetary exchange takes place.

Our Position and Data Practices

Block Shatter does not sell personal information for money. The game does not require a Block Shatter account to play, although supported Android builds integrate with Google Play Games identity and leaderboard features.

Block Shatter uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Google Analytics for Firebase. Google and any advertising mediation partners enabled for a particular build may process device or advertising identifiers, app interactions, and diagnostics for advertising, measurement, security, and fraud prevention. Depending on the jurisdiction and how an advertising request is handled, some of this activity may be treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable law.

Your Right to Opt Out

Residents of jurisdictions with applicable privacy laws may have the right to opt out of certain sales, sharing, or processing for targeted advertising.

How to Exercise Your Opt-Out Rights

Use the in-game Privacy Choices control in Settings to revisit the Google consent or privacy message when one is available. You can also use the controls provided by your mobile operating system:

1. iOS Devices (iPhone & iPad)

2. Android Devices

3. Direct Verification Requests

If you have contacted our support team and want to make a privacy request concerning that correspondence, email support@blockshatter.app with the subject line "Privacy Opt-Out Request". We may need enough information to locate and verify the records involved.

Non-Discrimination

We will not deny access to the game or unlawfully discriminate against you solely because you exercised an applicable privacy right. Your choice may affect whether an ad is personalized, but it does not block local gameplay.
